Acoustic Guitar Magazine (you may have noticed we’re big fans over here) just posted a great article on the seven acoustic guitars that changed the way we play.  What is most enjoyable about the article is that the portion of the story on each guitar is written by a real expert on that particular guitar.  So you have Eric Schoenberg of Schoenberg Guitars writing about the Martin OM and Richard Johnston who literally wrote the book on Martin guitars writing about the Martin D-28.  The article is a great read and we’d highly recommend having a look at it.  In the meantime, here is a list of the 7 guitars featured:
