DBZ Releases The Croc Skin Bolero Guitar

DBZ Guitars has announced a new addition to their Bolero series of guitars.  In case you haven’t been paying attention DBZ Guitars, a relatively new guitar manufacturer, was founded by legendary guitar designer Dean Zelinsky.  Zelinsky, not to be confused with Ray Zalinsky the “auto-parts king”, is well known for starting Dean Guitars in 1976.  He launched DBZ Guitars at this past Winter NAMM show.

The new Croc Skin Bolero model has a very unique design.  The guitar features a textured maple top that has been designed and painted to look like real reptile skin. Full story…

The DBZ Croc Skin Bolero has a thick solid maple body that lends itself to a brighter tonality along with custom-voiced DBZ pickups built to compliment the Croc Skin Bolero’s design.   DBZ also offers a pickup upgrade to EMG Pickups (81/85).  The guitar also features a cool looking tailpiece that’s been engraved with Dean Zelinsky’s name.
