Description: Line 6 Relay G50EDIT
The Line 6 Relay G50 is part of Line 6’s line up of digital wireless systems. The Relay G50 represents the mid-level product in the lineup and features a metal enclosure, a frequency response of 10Hz – 20kHz, a dynamic range of 120 dB across 12 different channels and a 200 feet line-of-sight range. A big selling point of the Line 6 digital wireless system is that they’ve eliminated audio interference by using a digital signal as opposed to an analog signal that’s found on many other systems.
Similar to other Line 6 Relay systems, the G50 is compander free and uses Line 6’s VWT (Virtual Wire Transmission) technology ensures full-range frequency response, excellent transient response, and wide dynamic range – just like a high-quality guitar cable.
Line 6’s has also included 12 different cable models on the G50 to recreate the tone of using an actual cable. Also the G50 doesn’t use a compander which can negatively affect the instrument’s tone. The Relay G50’s Transmitter, the TBP12, has an LED display.
