  • Pros: Blues , country covers ect
  • Cons: could have been a bit stronger like the deluxe platform?
  • Experience: I own it
  • Bought the head version play thru a 212 fender cab with celestion v30s
very broken in great closed back cabinet non-intrusive to the rest of the band with stage volume -out the back of the cabinet I have super-sonic, hot rod deluxe and both Devilles 410 and 212 had to have the new fender to go alonside the vintage bandmaster circa 1969. I am an old head fender junkie owned boogies and fenders mostly ..........just my preference its all good....... had the red-knobbed amps of the 80s all gone now for new and vintage. My twins sound great to heavey for this old man. So Itraded for 2 deluxes 2 devilles and 2 supersonics 1 vm bandmaster, 1 reverend kingsnake and array of old tubeworks mosfet stuff, Im just an old-fender blender , The Vm head version with the closed back either 1-12 or 212 has a bit more bass response for a litte warmer sound than the combo version
    just my 2 cents . lilragu............www.lilragubluesband.com
