Reviews: Paul Reed Smith Tonare Grande
Best sounding acoustic I own!

- Pros: I love the balance of tone in this guitar. It has a good bottom, nice mids, and shimmering highs. Excellent guitar for strumming, fingerpicking, and flatpicking styles.
- Cons: I wish this guitar had electonic pickups so that I wouldn't have to mic the guitar for stage use. This will see tons of work in the studio.
- Experience: I own it
I have played Taylor acoustics exclusively for the past 7 years and love their tone. This PRS is now my favorite "go to" guitar for song writing and studio work. It has such a rich bottom end that you cannot help but smile everytime you pick up the guitar. I play a lot of alternative rock, however, I really love playing clean ballads, and this guitar really shines. I paid $4,250 for this model from Wildwest Guitars via Ebay. Although the guitar is pricey, it is well worth the money if you don't mind having to mic it.
