Description: Gibson Joe Bonamassa Les PaulEDIT

The Gibson Joe Bonamassa Les Paul blends some vintage features from the Les Pauls of the 1950s with a few modern appointments for versatility. The Joe Bonamassa Les Paul features an aged carved maple goldtop and two-piece light mahogany back, surrounded by single-ply cream binding along with a 1959 traditional neck profile. The headstock has Grover kidney tuners and a truss rod cover with Bonamassa’s name on etched on it.

For pickups the guitar is equipped with Gibson Burstbuckers with the standard 3-way selector switch and the controls feature CTS pots and Bumble Bee capacitors similar to the capacitors found in the late 1950s Les Pauls. Bonamassa also personalized the guitar by using two amber Top Hat knobs for the rhythm pickup controls, and two gold Top Hat knobs for the treble pickup controls. All of the hardware and the goldtop have been aged by Gibson.

The Gibson Joe Bonamassa has an MSRP of $6,941 and retails for about $4,000.
