Reviews: Gibson EDS-1275 Double Neck
Love hearing the oooh! when people first see it.

- Pros: The clean sound, the look, the virsitility and the herritage.
- Cons: After a while it does get rather heavy.
- Experience: I own it
Great head turner on stage, people think youre a god, women stare in awe, blokes secretly get a hard on, oh and it sounds fantastic.
I bougth it privately form a man from Chicago, USA in 1986,for $1,600 (Ozzy dollars) told me it belonged to Joe Walsh from the Eagles, (I still don't belive him).
You state that it was only made in cherry, ebony, tobacco burst and alpine white. This one is Ivory. You also stated that they began putting the serial numbers on the six-string head stock in the early nineties, well, in 1986 it already had quite a bit of mileage.
I will be happy to send you a photo, the serial number is 913495, can anyone tell me how I could find out more about its origin/authenticity/value?
Pat.
