  • Traded in a Seagull entourage for this guitar and I am very pleased. The sound is comparable to some higher-end guitars I've played over the years. Loud but not too boomy, even tonal response across the full spectrum.
    The construction is very good with no visible flaws. Sitka spruce top has nice grain and some slight bear claw figuring.
    This guitar would sound good in bluegrass band or in other settings which require a louder guitar across the mix.
    Great value for the money.
